7th and 8th Graders at the Youth Center (Bldg. 500)
Volleyball 4-5pm
This clinic will help prepare you for the physical aspect/grind of the upcoming volleyball season. We will focus on speed training (for those explosive dives), agility training (for footwork and overall court movement), and strength training (to build power and endurance for those game winning spikes and blocks).
Cross Country 5-6pm
This clinic is designed to prepare participants for a successful and exciting season. Our clinic will focus on fundamentals, strength and stamina while having fun, enjoyable, and challenging drills and games.
